The core sand is easy to collapse and regenerate, which can reduce casting costs.
*Characteristics:
1. Liquid phenolic resin: yellow or dark red viscous transparent liquid, such as alkaline phenolic resin, which is mainly used as a casting binder. 2. Solid phenolic resin: yellow, transparent, amorphous lump material, reddish in color due to the presence of free phenol, easily soluble in alcohol, insoluble in water, and stable to water, weak acid, and weak alkali solutions. 3. Powdered phenolic resin: white or light yellow powder. Ultra-fine powder can be provided according to customer requirements. It has strong antioxidant and moisture-proof capabilities.
